A friend who works at three told me about this. Sim deal is going live tomorrow. It's a 12 months contract and comes with 30gb tethering and their feel at home option. You might get something back with quidco but not sure.
Edit: Same deal with 600mins will be £18, if someone is after more minutes.

You only get unlimited calls and text if you have sky TV. If not you need to pay an extra £10 a month. So a really poor deal whether you have sky TV or not

I rang three earlier for my pac code. They offered me unlimited calls and texts and 30gb for £20pm.
So if you are in a rolling contract with them I'd give it a whirl.

Better deals about.

Bit of a kick in the teeth when they bump the prices of all their loyal customers with the sob story that ooh we need to increase our prices then BAM! new customers get the deal I used to be on.
:disappointed:

I kept my deal going but didn't get a new phone with them. So worth knowing if you are happy with the phone you have

I was booted off the one plan from there on I made a conscious decision to never use the shower of bar stewards ever again

I think this might be excluded from 3 months free offer.

Hmmm.... Just agreed to this package at £20-odd a month but doesn't start till 11 Dec. Think I'll be having a wee word with Three tomorrow to see if they'll honour this price. If not I'll cancel and just take it up later, maybe with some quidco into the bargain...

This doesn't seem a bad deal with the option to tether

What happens after the 12 months, I guess they will slap the prices up to double like they did with the one plan

Of course, but the true pleasure in leaving a service is the lovely warm feeling when you cease the direct debit.

I got this deal at their standard price of £22 per month over 12 months (£22 x 12 = £264) the other week but with their 3 months free that makes it effectively £22 x 9 = £198 or £16.50 a month but then factor in the £50 Quidco that's still available = £198 - £50 = £12.34 per month over 12 months.

but after 12 months you will end up paying 22£ per month or be forced to find a new deal. I would rather stay on 15£.

Sounds a great deal but their reception in central London and Hastings is absolutely dire and slow. I couldn't believe the difference after switching to Vodafone. If they could significantly improve their signal and speed then I'd happily switch back to 3.

Yes, truely agree! I've had a PAYG sim to test the network and it is poor in London! O2 used to be good but not sure whats happened to them either unless its my iPhone 7 Plus which is causing problems....

Totally agree. I've been with them for nearly since they've always been the cheapest, and thought the 1mbps speed I was getting even on 4G was normal speeds. Until I tried out my mates phone which was on T-Mobile and he was getting 40mbps+! Needless to say we used his phone for GPS.

Give me a provider that offers existing customers the same deals as new customers and I'll stay with them for life.People shouldn't be forced to change provider constantly to get a comparable deal.

I was throw off the one deal too. And my other half had an upgrade added to her account (for delivery 200 miles away) because they we slack with their security.
Never again. Three can GFT.

only shows normal prices with 3 months free. £22pm for 200mins or £24pm 600mins (minus the 3 months free = £16.50 or £18pm) not quite £15pm for 200min

I don't get all the hate about being 'kicked' off the one plan (I was one of those people).
They messed up as a company and realised price to usage wasn't sustainable.
So they gave people plenty of notice and removed old plans from service. Am I gutted to not be on that glorious £15 a month sim? Completely. But they did everything right.... Do people genuinely feel they were robbed or mugged off or just miffed they've had to go elsewhere?
To be honest they've not been very forward thinking, the non purchase of more 4g bands over the years shows this and now they're behind competitors in 4g support when they were the front runners.
Me personally, I'm on a £20 a month unlimited data and 200 mins with them. But when they shifted me to this they gave me a £3 recurring discount. So only paying £17.
While that's the same I'll stay as I use 10-15gb per month and I won't get a better deal without mucking about with cashback.
But if they get worse on 4g offering (i have no real complaints on this atm where I am up north and when using it sunny Norfolk where I go frequently) or they jack the price again I'll consider my options.

I called up yesterday and asked for my PAC code - I was on the 200 mins AYCE data for £20, want to look around for Dec/new year deals.
needed AYCE mins so they offered me the Three Advanced plan 30GB, AYCE mins & texts, 30GB teathering and feel at home for £20. I took that for the next 12months. Im sure I can survive without AYCE data as max i hit is 25GB a month. But yup they becomeing expensive. Also they know what tariffs the competitiors offer - even GiffGaff £20 always on one.

I need this deal to go live so I can tell em look you were offering me 8gb for £22 and then next day you pullout a deal 10 x bloody cheaper and almost 3 and a half times more data. Not bothered about loyal customers at all
Opening post
Edit: Same deal with 600mins will be £18, if someone is after more minutes.
