Around my way (Tyneside), the Vue cinemas are far more expensive than the competition, which really eats into the savings.

think they are generally more expensive, but one thing I like about them is their food deals, when we go we buy 1 food combo and there is always a deal to get another combo for about third of the price

Just go to odeon if there's one near you. Ours charge £4.25 a ticket or £4 a ticket if purchased as part of a family ticket.

Anyone that is nearer an Asda the same 20% deal is on. Got 2 x £20 vouchers for £32. And no I am not posting a receipt, so don't ask.
