Agreed. On Chrome mobile, in settings, switch to (tick) "Request desktop site" box. Pinch & zoom out if zoomed too far in.

Maybe it's excluded from the deal.
Have you tried logging in to Travelodge first before putting the code in? It wouldn't take the code for me until I was logged in.
