I've tried adding sim cards but they are saying that store collection is not possible - have to buy pay for delivery. Regardless; you will get a retailer's promotion regardless of whether you make use of this Quidco bonus.

Whether the retailer promotion will interfere with the Quidco £10 bonus is a different question entirely; it shouldn't (as no exclusions are specified), but Quidco are a law unto themselves.
You'd have to ask them directly, and even then they'll probably give some vaguely unhelpful statement about cashback not being assured.

I have gotten cash back from Argos using quidco when picking up in store before. Should be fine.

Be careful it seems that the offer says the offer is activated but it is for specific account holders only. Customer service very vague, don't confirm if offer applies. So THEY wont be going bust but YOU may!!!

Normally the excludes bit usually refers to not getting the standard 5% or so cashback on VAT or delivery charges e.g. spend £30 & get 5% cashback on £25 (after taking off VAT)

If you do not collect your Fast Track order within the collection window shown on your email confirmation, your item will be made available for another customer to purchase and you will automatically receive a full refund within 5-7 working days. Cd Keys main business is the top up cards so it would be strange for them to be excluded and it doesn't state anywhere in the offer t&c's that you can't use the offers for top ups.

The min spend is £25, not £30. Quidco are covering their backs as some retailers report the amount spent excluding VAT. This happens very rarely though, most spending amounts you'll see in your quidco statement the retailer will be including VAT.

You just need to be careful, it is only a minority of companies who report the spend excluding VAT. A list of retailers who do this would be good!

I have a few gift cards, will bring price paid to under £25, will this be OK? Gift cards are usually treated like cash/card payment aren't they, and are not mentioned in T+Cs.

I signed up for this £10 bonus about a month ago. Then i bought a Sony DAB radio from Tesco Direct through Quidco.
When i got the radio i wasn't sure if i'd keep it for the price paid, but with £10 back from Quidco i thought its probably worth keeping. So i contacted Quidco to make sure i would get the £10. They said they had no record of me signing up to the bonus. After a few mails back and forth i finally got them to implement the bonus to before i bought the radio, but i've still not got it yet cos Tesco haven't paid the standard cashback yet.
It all seems a bit dodgy to me.

I've logged in, clicked into the offer, went to retailer, made purchase but no mention in my activity yet. Does it take a while to register as tracked?

ive messaged quidco as my £27.99 purchase has tracked ok. Asked them to confirm i will get the tenner bonus and if so when. if i dont get satisfactory answer then ill just not bother picking up fast track order. After 7 days its released and 5 to 7 days later Argos issue a refund to your payment card.

These are just generic t&cs that are used for the normal email invites. If you had the banner advertising this bonus upon logging and were able to opt in then you will receive the bonus.

I ordered a game from GAME for £49.99, it's tracked cashback at £1.50 or something. Should there be some kind of indication on Quidco so we can see that they acknowledge that they'll be depositing the £10 bonus.

I was opted in to the offer before making the purchase.

Worst case scenario I'll just return it to a store for a refund, but hoping it pans out.

The problem is though, you will only know if Quidco will pay the £10 bonus AFTER the normal cashback from Game is payable. This could take over a month, by which time its hard to just return the game for a refund.
I'm in the same position with a purchase i made over a month ago, cashback has tracked but still isn't payable. Only when it is, will i'll see if Quidco pay me the £10 bonus.
Its all a bit vague and i wont make a purchase again though Quidco, just on the strength of them saying i'll get £10 bonus.

Never had trouble with Zavvi tracking before. Yes, advised to wait 72 hours. Then do the claim. Usually takes less than 24 hours.

Yes it was. If they pay cashback on something, then the bonus will be awarded. They do pay cashback for fast track orders as stated on the percentages page currently. Therefore fast track orders will receive the bonus. Clear as mud?

My recent experience with Quidco 3 purchases through Quidco. £40 cashback rejected, £25 cashback rejected.
£0.70 (70 pence) cashback approved and credited. :innocent:

I did. Got till next Wednesday to collect. Otherwise they refund your payment card within 5-7 days. I have replied to their reply by highlighting the chatter on social media asking them to comment. We'll see what response I get. Also added that I only ordered Lego set because of their offer.
I see there's supposedly some half price `Black Friday' Lego offers due tomoz so I might go for one of them if in stock and just leave this, more hassle than it's worth & it's time Quidco etc stopped messing about with stupid underhand tactics. Just give it to us straight and use the purchase price end of...ggggrrrrrrrr! lol

My experiences of quidco is terrible, particularly with airparks. They always have 20% offers but pay out 1% and ignore queries for months. The VAT misleading is also poor customer experience, with many retailers paying ex vat so you get less than quidco site 'suggests'.

Well im with u in the same boat. Not sure should i be happy that its tracked n would get the £10 off in time or raise a claim.

I purchased on the 23rd, received a cashback amount of 79p. Spoke to customer service today, they said it will take a month or so for the 79p to be confirmed, once that is confirmed it will take a couple of days for the rest of the tenner to be added and paid. So its a waiting game.

I bought something eligible from Argos, it tracked at the standard rate (just the % cashback) within a few hours. Supposedly the £10 from Quidco will show up when the status goes to "Confirmed" (now it's at "Returns & Cancellations").

I don't mind the wait (hey, it's free money for something I would had bought anyway!) but there's no documentation anywhere now.

It is a scam for sure. When you click on the webpage it says "activated offer", yet when you look on the terms and conditions you have to click to see if your eligible. Rule of thumb if you haven't had an email with the £10 offer assume you have been scammed. Quidco's representatives deliberately vague.

Game rejected my cash back too. I messaged Quidco and they say I can 'raise a claim' and they will ask Game about it.

Sounds pretty **** to me. I got it a month ago, but as a Xmas present, so am now tempted to contact Game and just return it instead. I assume they have some sort of extended returns policy from Black Friday/Xmas into the new year.

Have just spoken to my Mum and have also checked my OH's quidco account as they purchased from zavvi at the same time using the same offer...my Mum is premium member and has received her £10 bonus same day as me, OH not a premium member but has also received their £10 bonus same day as me...

Hopefully it means that the other retailers that were on the offer will eventually follow suit and everyone who ordered because of the offer will get the £10 bonus :wink:

Spent £89.97 @ Toysrus via Topcashback on 26th November and cashback paid today.

Spent £119.96 & £30.45 @ Toysrus via Quidco on 18th November and it's still @ "Tracked" status. It's not even confirmed yet.

In fact, nothing has been confirmed or paid since 18th of August on Quidco.

I bought 3 items via TCB from Argos. I cancelled all 3, but all 3 have been paid.
I bought 3 items via Quidco from Argos. I collected them all, but none have been confirmed.

In the future, I will use TCB more and if Quidco has a higher rate, I will do a highest cashback claim.

Quidco are extremely slow payers compared to TCB.

This is getting ridiculous. TCB paid out on Toysrus over a week ago on purchases dated 28th November.

Quidco are still "tracked" and waiting to be "confirmed" on toysrus purchases made on 18th November.

Just another quick update...just had my cashback and second £10 bonus confirmed...got £20 bonus in total as used this £10 zavvi offer and the later zavvi one that ended on 19th December :smile:

Just a few responses to clarify matters as regards the bonuses and payment speeds in question:

The payment of bonuses is dependent on the 'confirmation' of a qualifying purchase. The time it takes to process qualifying cashbacks will differ depending on the retailer. However; Argos, Zavvi, Toys R Us and Babies R Us, CD Keys and Lego will all take 3 months to process automatically tracked cashback, and 4 months with claims (from the date a claim is raised).

The bonus then follows 3 days after 'confirmation'. Should that not happen, please don't panic as our customer support team will be on hand to help sort that out for you so dont hesitate to get in touch with us via your support tab.

Please note too that you can now get in touch with us via social media on Twitter & Facebook. This allows us to locate your account & better sort out any bonus queries you may have.

@barneyonion - That bonus should get paid 3 days after the confirmation of your qualifying Argos purchase. Argos will take around 3 months with normal cashbacks, and 4 months with claims from the date that the claim was raised.

If it has been over those advised times, our support team will do all they can to help with that. Moreover, you can now get in touch with us via Twitter & Facebook for a quicker response, so give us a shout on there too and we can check that out for you.

@Speculator - Payment times will differ between cashback providers, which is why TCB will have got that cashback earlier for you. Toys R Us and Babies R Us will take will take just under 3 months to process cashback with us, so you should get an update soon as regards that November purchase.

Joseph, instead of asking people to contact Quidco via Facebook and Twitter, why on earth haven't you tools addressed the issue from Quidco's end?

Why not employed a competent web team and add a column to the tracked item showing that it has an extra £10 bonus attached once it's been approved? It's not rocket science.

Then you wouldn't have to come on here addressing individuals wondering where their £10 is???
Or would Quidco rather keep it hush hush and keep the bonus money themselves? Sounds harsh, but Quidco are far from transparent with these £10 incentives.

For example answer me this, where in Quidco can customers go to see which transaction is linked to these £10 extra cashback offers......... You can't answer this because there is no feature. Until this info is added, Quidco can't be trusted.

I got 2 Quidco Bonus in last few days. 1 Bonus £10 confirmed, another one is tracked.

I had 3 purchases for 3 offers. Argos £10 bonus for £25 purchase, £10 bonus for £50 purchase, Boots £10 bonus for £25 purchase. So 1 more Bonus is still pending. All Original transactions are tracked status, none is confirmed yet.

I've also got 2 x £10 bonus tracked, but the purchase ID's don't match to anything, so impossible to match up!

I've repeatedly contacted quidco support about my argos purchase on November 23rd still stating its tracked & that the retailer is taking longer to confirm it. All they tell me is the same thing, a dedicated team are chasing up the retailers to get it paid however it's still not happened!

Quidco are the joke of the cashback world. My TRU claim just confirmed at 99p from November with no £10 bonus. Try to raise a claim and there is no option to explain it so you'd have to wait 3 weeks for them to say "your claim is right" before you can actually tell them what the problem is...however when you try to raise a claim you tick the "I understand...."box and when you click submit is just clears the form and complains you didn't tick the "I understand..." box. Absolute jokers, never again.

cashback in theory is a good idea

the problem is that you end up spending so much time chasing missing cashback often with no result at the end of it that it simply stops being worthwhile eg doing some overtime at work instead pays far better

that said I didnt heed my own advice & made the mistake of trying to use this offer & I still dont have the £10 bonus - queried it & was told it had been applied as the monkey grinder replying to the email saw a different £5 bonus payment from another offer

Im going to go back to my original plan of only using these cashback sites for offers where chasing will be worthwhile eg change of utility supplier when the cashback amount is fairly substantial
