Should be able to stack with any in store offers (e.g. buy £20 gift card get free drink at Starbucks McArthur Glen Mansfield).
Works as an app top up (thanks to parky200)!

This offer is on my main card but not the supplementary one. Is there a way to add it via another method?
Should be absolutely fine topping up your credit online.

Are there any direct links for MBNA and other Amex users?

No, and unlikely to be if previous offers are anything to go by.

Saved the offer, then downloaded Starbucks app to my phone. Added £15 of credit to it using my AMEX. Hopefully this will track and give me £5 back  thanks OP
edit: two emails already come through - one from Starbucks, one from AMEX. AMEX one: "Thank you for taking advantage of our Starbucks offer with your Card (last five digits shown above). Credit should appear on your statement within 5 days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from offer end date. "

You have to register the supplementary card with Amex for an online account then when you login you will see only the transactions for the supplementary card and the offers available for that card.

Let us know if this works for you.
From my reading of the offer I thought it had to be five separate transactions of a minimum amount of £3 each to be eligible for £1 cashback on each occasion.

No, one £15 transaction will get £5 back.

Can confirm a £15 top up on the app triggers the £5 cashback. Worked on all my 3 cards and the credit had hit my accounts.
Has anyone used this and found that the offer still shows as available rather than "redeemed with card"?
I have used the Post Office and Microsoft Store offers and they both updated but my Starbucks one is still showing as available (not redeemed) but I have definitely used it. Just wondering if I can use it again.

Yup, I have that but have 'maxed' its use having received £5 back. Could chance trying it again with a £3 top up?

It's just like the offer was just over 2 months ago - http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/amex-1-back-for-3-spend-starbucks-max-5-back-15-spend-2511946 and before that about 6 months ago - http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/amex-deal-get-1-back-for-every-3-spent-starbucks-1-back-per-transaction-3-2451881
