Even with the current Bethesda promo (offering Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood for only 5,500 Crowns which are £31.99 on the Xbox One Store and £23.99 on the PlayStation Store) this is a bargain, effectively netting you the base game for naff all.
It also includes an additional Palomino horse mount and 500 crowns to spend in the in-game Crown Store on top.
I was going to say the base game is £9.99, but if areas of the game and even guilds are sectioned off as expansions/DLC, then it seems like that would be a waste of £10.
An extra £15 for this complete pack at £25 seems the better deal.

Re PC version which is currently £26 for download at most online retailers GAME included too, however GAME had a pricing error this week GAME put the PC gold edition up for only £13.39 before they realised the error, I bought 4 and resold them for a tidy profit, I would have posted here but GAME changed sale price to £26.79 shame.
