A few deals on here last week. It seems Amazon has jumped on it too.
With prime I might add but I see a few normal free delivery options as well.

It's a shame they didn't do a freesat version instead.

only if you have a strong signal on each channel.

These are great if you only have a standard aerial input, allows you to use all the great Xbox TV features and even pause live TV for up to 30 mins. Pair it with the remote and it's a really good setup once you've configured it to turn on your TV and Audio too.
I agree with sas though, recently moved to freesat and miss the pause option this gave us :disappointed:

Brilliant price, though I really, really wish they would let you record with them and use two (or more) as you could create the ultimate PVR with the Xbox One with potentially unlimited storage thanks to the external storage support and ability to overlay TV with your game, could have been massive, Microsoft really missed a trick there.
Still nice as it is but no replacement for a real PVR unfortunately...

Can you set it to record remotely, via the xbox app.

How does this work please, do I need an external/indoor digital ariel for it to work, sorry I'm a parent who doesn't have a clue lol
But essentially, yes, you need to plug an aerial cable into this for it to work. It doesn't act as an aerial itself if that's what you were wondering, more as an external Freeview box.
If you lose internet connection for any reason you lose the ability to watch tv... Ms promised PVR well over a year ago and no sign of this any time soon.
