Dont get one of these unless your monitor or tv is like 20cm off the ground otherwise you get horrible viewing angles

Got given a gaming chair a while back, pretty pointless too low for me and not even very comfortable, couldn't even see the screen properly as the viewing angle was off. I would save your money for something else.

My kids had these when they were younger and lasted about 2 days
These are a waste of money, they are uncomfortable, place you at a very weird angle, I mean who plays games lay backwards with your neck propped forwards?
They are generally heavy, even folded up are not suitable to be easily stored, they ended up going to the tip, as we couldnt give them away afterwards.
Spend the £20.00 on a decent Bean Bag.

I have to agree, I've got the one with speakers built in. It's been folded 'flat' for about 2 years just stuck in the corner of the bedroom. It also weighs a tonne. The height is far too low to play games and look up at the screen.

For any parents out here looking for a gift for their child, look elsewhere. Coming from a relatively young guy who has been a big gamer for the last 15 years, I can confirm that these are just money-making gimics to trick very young kids and parents.
While your child may be surprised and excited at first, these gaming chairs literally add no value to the gaming experience. After a few days, your child will most likely realise a normal chair or a comfy sofa is much better for gaming.
Some of these "gaming chairs" even had speakers on the chair itself - which just makes it even more of a ripoff as the speakers are low quality anyway.
If you want a gaming present for your child, just get a good videogame instead.
