Thanks for updating clairlh88, thought I'd sneak a few away for Xmas pressies (hopefully they will be appreciated and the lack of faux fur collar is not too noticeable?).

it was £69 then reduced to £20.70 (still available at this price on link above) the one from everything5pounds is just missing the detachable faux fur collar!

Just recieved this item and it has a Debenhams label in it. It looks like it should have a good or collar to go with it as there are three buttons inside the collar but it looks great as is!

They removed an item from my order but they emailed me after 5:30. I emailed back to request a change and asked them to either cancel the order so I could do a whole new one with all the things I wanted or replace the item they had removed with the same in a different colour. They did not do anything about my email (evn reply) and sent whatever they pleased the following day. When I called them the guy was not interested. Though they only refunded £5.30 or and the advisor admitted that I could not buy anything for that price he said that if I wanted the replacement I had to pay the standard £8.95. So the whole order is going back at their expense and I will not use them.

I've always found them perfectly pleasant whenever I've phoned or emailed, though it was quite a while ago last time!

They lost me last week as a customer. They seem to have just about the worst customer service I have seen. If it works they are OK but don't expect them to cancel your order when you ask them or to be anythng other than arrogant when they speak to you.

Everything5pounds are also doing a "free" promo where you just pay P&P (£3.95) though you have to dig to find anything decent!

I've ordered a couple of times and had some really nice bargains. Wasn't so sure about the bomber jacket that I just received. To call it a jacket was a bit of an oversell , as it was thinner than a t shirt. But if I weigh it up against the lovely boots I had and the fact they sent me a code for a free item this week, I'd still use them again.:smiley:
