Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is a standalone prequel to the critically acclaimed first-person action-adventure shooter, Wolfenstein: The New Order. The adventure, which spans eight chapters and two interconnected stories, features the hallmarks of MachineGames – thrilling action, immersive story and intense first-person combat. As war hero B.J. Blazkowicz, arm yourself with new weapons such as the bolt-action rifle and grenade-launching Kampfpistole as you attempt to thwart the advancing Nazi war machine, and take advantage of duel-wielding pipes that can be used for wall climbing – or for vicious take-downs of never-before-seen Nazi adversaries.

For £4 you can't really go wrong. Not much replay value after completing it. Easy platinum if that's your bag

Beware, you might end up throwing your controller playing this on hard difficulty :smirk:

funnily the ratings are always 5 star on the PlayStation network on every game.
I don't know if I should trust it anymore.
LOL. I know...It's like amazon...They have that top 100 reviewers and they review everything at 5 stars just to get votes.
Then they review so many items you wonder if they just sit all day reviewing everything they bought in their entire life.
THEN...You think everyone has bad experiences when buying something...Oh no though, not these guys...Everything they've bought in their entire life is so good it gets 5 stars.
They must have such empty lives it gives them a purpose but you can't trust a word they say. I only really read the 1 star reviews now, they're so much more bluntly honest due to their disappointment.

This is a price that'll be hard to resist.
Kind of spoilt my experience of the original wolfenstein by playing it on a hard difficulty, may give this a go on a standard difficulty setting

This is a hard game. Playing on normal can still be challenging.

I dunno, I gave up on it on the PC because of the load times in between areas. I thought it was the 90s again.
