Really not a good idea to dry clothes on or near radiators.
You're increasing the humidity in your house significantly, which can cause breathing difficulties and illness for young and elderly. You also run the risk of creating condensation and damp.
Better to dry less rapidly on an airer, or ideally a dryer/clothes line.
