Heron Foods - Southwick Sunderland have Peanut Butter Love Cornetto's available in aisle end freezer individually wrapped priced at 19p each or 6 for £1. Cheap price for a usually premium priced Cornetto. Suspect national but not confirmed.

I have them a go for a squid, tried one on the way home. They all went into my bin, not worth the freezer space and if it's not good enough for me is not good enough for the chilblains!

Great price, these don't taste of peanut butter at all BTW.

That's a bit daft, children have different taste buds so they may have liked them. Just think about how many resources went into making those cones

Bought some of these end-of-line Cornetto's from Heron before. Good price, but the cones were soggy as hell.

Have them in Hull. The cones shouldn't b soggy, the are all crisp where I am. Maybe buy a freezer bag to transport your icecream home in. Could be the journey that did it :smiley:

If you're a fan of mild grainy peanut butter icecream with a solid chocolate disc on top... Enjoy!
If you prefer your peanut butter full flavoured and your ice cream smooth and creamy, look elsewhere!
I very much doubt they'll bring these out again next year.

Is this really the best Cornetto can do. It's like a sickly pudding, rather than an ice cream.
