Good deal. e2save cashback is easy but lets wait to hear from those that couldn't organise the proverbial :stuck_out_tongue:

£15.75 Topcashback as well which effectively makes the monthly cost £4.19.

That's what my TCB is showing, but not confirmed, and from reading some of the comments on here it could remain like that forever.

I ordered this the other day, topcashback has tracked.
Anyone know long before you have to start paying the monthly fee, is it when it is posted or when the sim is activated?
If it's when it is activated how long do you have to do that?
watson44 to newsagent

What a pain in the bum redemption process designed to avoid full redemption payout, probably talking being paid less than minimum wage for all the hasle, 5 bill returns, please!

I've gone for the £50 auto cashback deal because I've messed up the redemption process before and I know what I'm like! Not the very best deal maybe but certainly gives me 6GB data more than I have currently and around same price, plus no hassle. EE wouldn't offer me a better deal when my contract ended a month or so back so ...

Why on earth do you need to post for redemption most sites like mobiles.co.uk just allow you to upload to there site job done.

So that e2save make more money from this basically. That's what these redemptions schemes have always been about, they rely on people not being bothered or forgetting. Make it a more difficult process and voila, more money.

It's an excellent deal, but I'm taking every opportunity to warn everyone about Vodafone's customer service. I took out the e2save 15GB for £7.50 deal at the beginning of September. It's still not set up correctly, and after speaking with Vodafone 17 times I've given up trying to sort it out. Their customer services are completely out-of-control!
But it might work out fine for you... are you feeling lucky?

Absolutely shocking network, don't know why people are promoting these bunch of crooks. I was one of the lucky ones to get away from these scam artists. If you go with them then be prepared to get rubbish service and be ripped off. You have been warned, they are cheap for a reason!! Please don't get mugged off and steer clear of these buffoons.

The required bill needs to be sent to Cashback Claims, PO Box 376, Southhampton, SO30 2PX and must be received within 60 days from the date on the bill. The bill must show your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to.
We recommend you send this by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost items or claims that arrive outside the qualifying period. We also recommend you keep your proof of postage.
*******Alternatively, you can submit an online version of your bill via your My Account area by clicking here.*******

I have used e2save now for the last 7 years with their redemption deals and they have paid every time. They have an online account so you don't even need to post the bills in to them anymore. Download the PDF bill and upload it in your account. They will text you within 48hours to tell you if the claim has been accepted. You can also port your number and make the changes on your online account so it doesn't affect the cashback. Also when you place your order, they normally email a full guide as to the cashback claim process and the online account tells you when to send the bill and exactly which month bill to send. I will continue to use them and get great deals for as long as this lasts.
I would recommend them, the claim process has always been easy. If for any reason the claim is rejected as mine was on one occasion when I moved address and didn't change it on my online account. I went back into my online account, changed the address and resubmitted the claim and it was accepted.

Just to add a good word for vodafone to make this a bit less one-sided (no i don't work for them) - i signed up to this deal a couple of months ago - their web portal is shocking and wouldn't port my number over, but customer service on live chat was great and helped straight away. They were actually coherent and friendly, and did the job quickly.
That said, i did move over from TalkTalk who are a joke. and i haven't made any billing enquiries to voda, which i imagine is where most people have problems with them.

Vodafone's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced; took 8 months, a written complaint and the involvement of my bank, before the gave back money they'd wrongly taken.
Also there 4G is vastly slower than EE.

Their network is crap compared to EE and three. But after redemption I think it's worth it if you are bothered to go through the hassle.

I joined Vodafone in September and whilst being wary about customer service it's home perfectly so far. Getting 12gb data and free Spotify for a year for £11 a month.

You can claim online with E2save, they give both options. E2save and mobiles.co.uk are both online trading names of Dixons Carphone so the redemption methods for both are pretty much identical.

As it says cash back by reception it means you have to submit your bill on the 3rd month. If this is missed or done incorrectly it means you don't get the cash back meaning you are stuck paying , £17 per month for 1 year. sounds like a good deal however there are gmfar too many hoops to jump through.

Years ago I got one of these deals in a shop, guy said bring the 1st bill in and we will give you a cheque for the balance which was a few hundred quid. Anyway when I went into the shop guy checked the bill wrote a cheque and that was it.
Bemused I asked how do they do it, he said they sell on the handset at RRP and you keep the SIM.
