I have been playing very on and off (mainly off) since I got it on release day, just completed chapter 8.
Is it me or is it really a bit dull ?
A bit if climbing, shoot a group of fellas, a bit of climbing, hide in the grass, shoot some fellas...
Graphics are excellent, but really not grabbing me at all I really don't play many games, but thought this would be better.
There hasn't been any standout scenes for me at all, I think Uncharted 2 was the only really outstanding game in the series.

Agreed. The story line and the graphics are amazing, but the overall gameplay lags a bit for me. Just seems a bit repetitive, preferred the first Uncharted game and enjoyed the 2nd, gone a bit stale since though.

i was the same...hits a lull towards the middle, and I stepped away for about a month. Need the hard drive space so this week forced myself to complete it - it does pick up again towards the end. The actual ending I felt a bit let down by though. But certainly worth sticking with and playing through. Also, the prettiest game I've ever played...if not the most fun (as seems to be the course with PlayStation exclusives).

I got the statue edition for £70, usually do not take to multiplayer gaming but it is the gift that keeps on giving with new maps and weapons released for free. The steelbook case is a nice touch, with nice graphic art.
I enjoyed the story, but have to say Uncharted 2 most certainly was the best in the series as far as gameplay goes. This still to me is a far better game than the disappointing Uncharted 3.
Anybody thinking they may get bored, try the multiplayer you may be pleasantly surprised at its longevity.
