It's the old U1 card with 48MB read speeds, you can get the new U3 card for a few pound more, 90MB read and 30MB write.

Yes the u3 is good for 4K. This card is fine for full HD 1080p which is what most people are using (although I think a lot of people are going to just put this in their phone or tablet and forget about it)

Just pointing it out so people know and can make the correct choice.
Its still an old card compared against newer U1 cards which have 80MB read speads.
You wouldn't want to use a card that has 48MB read speed for adoptable storage in Marshmallow.

Older U1 cards had read speeds of 48MB/s, the newer U1 cards have read speeds of 80MB/s
This really doesn't have anything to do with the U rating (Ultra High Speed) though, the U rating means they need comply with minimum write speeds
Depends what bit rate you're using for the video. On something like Open Camera, bit rate is user selectable. For a detailed moving scene, I go up to 30mb/s. I'd rather have a detailed original source and compress in post production rather than have a low bit rate to begin with as little to work with.
