Update: FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT POSTS, the link below seems to be a newer version while the deal link is an older version (i think)
Ok I think this maybe a glitch because the link to the item for £16 is a Thomas and friends trike... the same item is also on the website (boots) for £39.00 - link below to same item but of course more expensive.
This item is selling on amazon for around £30 too! So seems fab for £16 (free c&c)
Link to more expensive item (although from what I can see is exactly the same)
Either way, £16 for a child's trike seems a good price
Maybe the poster should have confirmed the details by checking model numbers before posting. I pointed out the likely reason for the difference in price and was insulted by the OP.

You need to click on the get deal button not the link to the higher priced trike.

Like the other member mentioned, the link in the comments section is to highlight the mistake on the website - the get seal button takes u to the cheaper version of the trike

Just placed order and it went through, fingers crossed.
The only difference I can see between the £16 and £39 versions is the stickers so maybe the old model?
Also received a cancellation e-mail, shame as it was a very good deal
Thank you

Got this a few years ago at this price, it wasn't very good, the steering didn't do anything or actually turn the wheels in the right direction

As a shopper I'd rather be fully informed on what I was buying than be disappointed that I recieved something that wasn't as I'd expected.

Or maybe the person who mentioned that the item wasn't as expected had a faulty item... sick of ungrateful complaining people on this site, if you don't like the post, move on... why make unnecessary comments?!

No safety strap. Pedals
Quite disappointed as it has no safety strap so not suitable until a child is well on their feet. Wheels very hard plastic and generally not great quality. Better bikes around for the price with better safety features.
No safety harness as stated in description!!
got this for my 2 year old to have at grandparents house (as we already have a smart trike at home). Overall a nice trike and he loves it, good quality, and quite stable. Only down side really is although it has a parent handle there is no safety belt on the seat, and for this reason my mum feels uncomfortable taking him out on it. He hasn't quite learnt how to peddle himself so generally just uses his feet to move him around for the moment.
Very lightweight and easy to topple over however easy to ride and bright colours make it look good .. Parent handle dosn't steer. Not worth the money
Firstly the deal info is incorrect and misleading. The 2 prices are 2 different models. It says so clearly if you look. I've looked at some reviews and found a reason why the older bike is cheaper and it seems it's not as good or safe as they thought it would be. Your desperation to defend the bike is a bit sad. I added information to the deal....your not happy, get a life!

just went to boots to collect my order to find it is not what I ordered, after a couple of telephone conversations boots has refunded me the £16, I've ordered the one for £39 with a promise and case number when it gets dispatched I'll recieve a refund of £23, basically getting the other trike for the same price result in the end

I collected my order but it was also 2 Thomas train sets instead of 2 trikes. Pity as it was a good offer.

went into the Alloa branch of Boots today and was given a samll box. The manageress opened it and it also contained a train set. She made a phone call and said that they would honour my order for the trike valued at £39. They could easily have cancelled my order or issued a refund, so thank you Boots.

I also ordered this and recieved the train set. My local boots gave me a refund along with a £5 gift card by way of apology for the error.
