Do you have a tablet? I have an ipad 2, but the pics are rubbish... but have a lame-o tablet (LG something or other) and the camera shots are twenty billion times better in that. Have to use that for Shopitize, my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone doesn't work with it anymore. When my phone stopped working it wasn't on the incompatibility list (haven't checked recently) and they never replied to say it didn't work. But at least the tablet works for now...

I can't use Shopitize it's not compatible with my Sony Z1compact. There's an incompatibility list on their website. I used to upload to TCB website, but can't use them since they've switched to app run by Shopitize. Problem seems to be with Sony cameras, though I can use CheckoutSmart, Shopmium and Shopprize no problem

I would recommend uninstalling the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app and try again. I've been having trouble with the app too. I think they're having some tech issues with the new Groceries section. Hopefully it'll settle down soon... :laughing:

So Shopitize have now gone halves with TCB? Hate TCB but since Shopitize are running the grocery side I'll get the TCB app for just the groceries as the Shopitize crew are far more reliable with cashback than TCB.

I posted that TCB post last week and I wasn't sure how it was going to operate, so I suggested separate receipts to be on the safe side. But Shopitize have said that purchases on one receipt for both apps is fine but they will not allow double dipping on the same offers. Great let us know how it goes... :laughing:

According to the TCB post last week, they are run by the same people as Shopitize so I would avoid using the same receipt for both.

1. Browse the offers
2. Complete the challenges to unlock the offers
3. Scan the barcodes
4. Snap the receipt
Hopefully within a few minutes your cashback will be approved and it will show as 'Earned' under the activity tab. Hope that helps... :laughing:

I tried to upload a nicely print receipt from Tesco. It had just one item on it -Pepsi Max. Tcb kept on saying it's either not from Tesco or no Pepsi Max on it :confused: , I asked for a review in the end.

These new offers are powered by shopitize and as that app is not available online id guess thats why. When they previously partnered with with cos the receipts would take 30 days, sometimes longer, so at least this way the cashback is approved much quicker.

Download the TCB app and the offers are under groceries. Once you could scan a receipt and send via pc etc, but I think it's smart phone only now.
