an update on this, I was refunded for a cheaper item than I was meant to be refunded for, The body shop "advisor" then altered my order - and removed 3 items I have paid for from my order (i ordered x2 of 3 items) and he changed quantity to 1 without telling me. I feel like they've tried it on big time, they've offered to send the 3 items and 2 £5 vouchers though. but still.. left a bad taste in my mouth.

They also said they can't apply the £10 vouchers to another order I placed and refund £10 to my paypal instead, which means if I want to use them I have to order more stuff.

I got offered a refund and replacement for damaged items because of all the inconvenience and then another department who were supposed to be handling it said I could have a refund or replacement not both even though I had it in writing what they offered. They said they were going to look into it and then not heard anything since

Ordered something on the 12th, received dispatch e-mail on the 17th. got in contact with them today and they said that they'll talk to the warehouse to find out what's going on, and it isn't even on the way. he then said i could have a refund or to put the order through again. I asked if they could put my order through again at which point he said some tea tree lotion was now out of stock, and said "Please let me give you a refund".. I said i'd rather have a partial refund if possible but keep the rest of my order, fine he says, i'll refund the facial toner now.. I think to myself "I guess he meant the tea tree lotion and is confused." and left it - I then get an e-mail confirming my refund and the item that i've been refunded for - Vitamin C face mist.

not sure he had the faintest idea what was going on.

Unfortunately, my Santander account was only offering 5% on this offer, not 10% as advertised. Wonder why that is..

I do have a post graduate account but surely that shouldn't affect it? Should be a current account now anyway..

Annoyingly, I really want to go ahead with this offer and buy some Christmas goodies but after reading about the 6% only using mobiles and 10% on desktop, I've been trying to reset my password made yesterday on my phone (which I can't for the life of me remember, nor will google tell me what it is even though it's now a 'saved' password on my phone and supposedly, account), and Quidco seems to be refusing to send me a password reset email after waiting for the last 2 hours and trying it multiple times.
