It's worth getting the sky fortress dlc! turns the wingsuit into a jetpack, makes exploring so much easier.

PS4 drops below 30 FPS. It's not locked.
Might as well bring it up. 'Locked' is a stupid word for discussing framerate (I'm not calling you stupid btw). I think it's DigitalFoundry that has popularised it. They seem to do this quite a lot too. Try to re-phrase things their own way to sound more technically proficient.
You can't really lock a framerate because a minimum can't be set by the user, it's the hardware load that determines that.

I used to have a PC with an i7-4790 and gtx 750 ti which played it at about 25-40 fps on the lowest settings. It would be a bit more playable if locked to 30fps with vsync, but I could never get it to work.

Great game if you don't care about story (Very thin on ground) but excellent at sheer amount of destruction... much like JC1 and & JC2 it has spawning AI that is pretty dumb, but otherwise a good game worth the money. DLC packs seem pretty pointless although the Mech pack one seems pretty interesting.

It's a little bit more playable recently, I can play it at about 40-50fps on a gtx 670 4gb.
It still has it's moments where it drops.

Minimum specs lists a 7870 as the least you need (which is twice as fast as your card) :disappointed: so looks like no.
Also another poster commented that this didn't run great on a 750 ti, which again is more powerful (1.5x) than your card

Yep capped is the word people used to use before people started saying locked for some reason. It's a technicality.
It reminds me of the time when people called it a graphics card, but now many simply call the entire card a 'GPU' despite the GPU being just the actual processor itself.
Just me being pedantic I suppose.
