your right it is a risk. I've ordered extra in a smaller size if the cards and timer are no good I'll get my money back I'm sure even trying to talk with the guards in will have us laughing ☺
I've just taken this route myself. The only difference is the lack of a box and timer.

for mouth guards, cards & a timer am I the only one that thinks £20 is a bit steep. yet the ones on eBay maybe fake but at £8 it's a better deal for the same laughs

Yes,you're right.
Can't be much difference in that respect.
I reacted because I bought Scrabble from Ebay for a good price only to find out it was a card board sheet you clipped together like a jigsaw puzzle and the worst cheap plastic tiles and racks.
A fake speak out game might have dodgy mouth guards that ain't pleasant to put in your mouth, sharp edges, hard plastic etc.
They cancelled my order as they have no stock !!!!

Their website charges $50 for shipping, is there anywhere in the UK that sells it?

Its basically talking with a dentists mouth guard in. Cant think of anything more disgusting then sharing the mouth guard around your whole family on Xmas day, bleurgh. Just buy a set of 10 for a few quid off ebay, have one each and try and read the Xmas day tv listings, much easier, cheaper AND more hygienic!!!!:smile:

They are most probably fakes like the 'genuine' Hasbro game I got delivered (and refunded) yesterday.....!!

Lucky escape - poor game that will probably only get played once.

Fun Game but personally I would recommend the Watch ya mouth game https://wymgame.com/shop/ they have different size mouth pieces if you are playing with all the family and you have the added option to get add-ons for the game if you enjoy it.
