I've read alot of reviews over the past month, and this is the mattress that kept coming back to the top, based on value and reviews. it was last on sale @ £399 on Amazon and Costco in the summer but since then the lowest it's been was £499.
There is a 5% surcharge for non members, but i picked the £15 yearly option and it actually never charged me at checkout. Happy days.

I bought this the last time they had them on sale about 3 months ago .
It has been the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It is very soft and contorts my back in such a way I have constant back aches.
I am tall with a medium to large build

It's Costco, there doesn't have to be. Their returns policy is simply amazing. Just take it back and tell them its just not comfortable and you would like a refund, a few minutes later you'll have your money back.

What I meant was I received my geltex pillow top last Monday from argos for £366 with discount code but I wanted this as it seems better and was waiting for price to go down. Amazon will follow as always

I'm not sure your right? These are sold via Costco NOT by Costco and therefore may not enjoy the generous after sales care that Costco offer warehouse members. I'll check though and keep you posted

Bought from Costco about 3 months ago, I held off ordering and by the time I bought I'd missed the special offer price but bought anyhow (super king size plus divan and another double mattress) - then 2 weeks later Costco reduced the price again. I phoned customer services and eventually they agreed to refund the difference - not their usual policy but they agreed it seemed a bit unfair and I've been a member for a number of years.
Costco customer service in my experience are excellent.

Had this matress 6 months now and although as soft and comfy its, it is quite a firm on your back. I bought it due to my back problems and I'm not disappointed. A bit contradictory but my wife thought it was too firm to begin with but has definitely got use to it in a positive way. I would highly recommend!

Amazing mattress, best one I've ever owned.
Very heavy though.
Costco's returns and delivery policies look top notch, so it may be worth paying the extra.
Love it already, would defo purchase it if your on the fence.
