loving the salty comments. It's an 8 bit panel with 2 bit dithering. Which means for hdr (and people who want their hdr content to display 1:1) it only emulates 10 bit colour output. If you want to future proof buy a true 10 bit panel. If you are buying a ps4 pro etc. which outputs HDR10 and you want to see it 100% as intended then buy a true 10 bit panel. It's the old HD ready vs Full HD argument all over again.

I think that this is 8+2 not true 10 bit. I think the only ones that are true 10 bit panels are the ones that are labelled ultra hd premium like the ks7000 series upwards
