Amazon market place is different to amazon itself.
Make sure that its sold by amazon when you buy it
had one of these a few years ago, or at least the very similar model, was a good printer with few troubles but only lasted 2 years before completely breaking down. not a bad price but not a long term investment.

No printer is an investment. Computers have progressed nicely over the past half century, but printer technology is still in the dark ages in comparison. There is no desire by manufacturers to get rid of the printer ink/toner cash cow.

cant tell you page count - can say that the original toners it came with lasted 2 years before i needed to change them and with my missus thats some achievement as in 1 months normally - 4-5 full sets of epson cartidges if not more

The Dell C1760nw colour laser printer is a HUKD favourite. Search for c1760nw here and you will find many past deals with lots of info about setup, toners, etc. We have one and it's been brilliant for family and school printing. Full set of refill non-oem toners cost around £15-18 on ebay or Amazon.
The only negative for me is that the paper tray is exposed when filled (info here) but we just cover with a cloth when not in use. Some also don't like that it only has manual duplexing, but for occasional duplexing it's no hassle moving the paper into the feeder again (info here).
Will be buying another C1760nw as a backup when ebuyer have a sale again.

Purchased this printer from Very a month ago. Just doing the free rainbow toner pack claim from samsung. I sent a screenshot of my Very Order history as proof but they have emailed back saying I need to send a screenshot of the transaction history so have just done that. Hope they aren't going to try it on and decline my claim.
