Up to 10 hours on the battery? Pull the other one - you'd be doing well at 5 hours!

I actually own one of these and on medium brightness watching video movies I can surprisingly get over 10 hours battery life.
I was really shocked at the battery life on this model which is by the way different to the other 2 versions both calling themselves A10-30 because mine has a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 2gb of ram but a 1280x800 screen.

I bought one of these about 4 months ago, use it every day. great tablet for someone on a budget. Lags a bit when playing games when there's a lot going on, on the screen, but nothing major. Sound is reasonable, if your watching a movie somewhere quiet then it's fine. The battery life is mediocre, 2-3 hours of heavy use and it will need a charge, and it leeches when on standby, even with the WiFi turned off.

There is really no excuse for losing charge on standby. Yes, Android has a number of issues in that regard, but Sony for example solved that problem years ago (or CM). The Nook HD+ lasts nearly a month on a battery at standby, and the Sony Xperia Z at least 2 weeks.
And that is not even the main problem: 1280x768 is a terrible resolution for a tablet. Yes, you can use it, but no, it is not a pleasure. I would recommend to pay a bit more for a great tablet. Sometimes you can get the Xperia Z for around 100 pounds - and it is much better.

Check the specs on your one and you'll find its actually different to the one advertised here.
Lenovo for some strange reason decided to make 3 identical looking tablets with the same name but totally different spec in relation to screen resolution and ram and processor.

Does this really have 32GB built in storage? Seems strange that the memory card capacity is capped at 16GB. Pretty sure those numbers should be the other way around.

I like Lenovo tablet. I got 8inch from JL with 2 year warranty. Works fine even with about over 20 tabs open on browser.

These are 109.99 brand new from Argos, if that helps any?
(If anyone is hesitant about the refurbished aspect)

Does this really have 2GB RAM? That's great if it does but just in case of misleading potential buyers the next model up of this tablet, the A10-70F is said to definitely have 2GB RAM as well as additional increased specs.
There appear to be 2 specs for the same tablet reference
The pearl white model has only 1Gb RAM while the normal white version has 2Gb RAM
Not sure that helps much but if you ordered one & it came with only 1Gb you could return free for a full refund as not as described thanks to the eBay Money Back Guarantee
The extra resolution (1920x1200 vs 1280x800 of this one) will provide better clarity.

Love this tablet (- hate my Hudl2). does everything I want with an ideal screen size for Skype. Battery life superb. Bought recon from Argos for £76 in February - but I believe it was new, no sign whatsoever of use.
Highly recommended

imho the a10-70 is a better buy for a bit more (has been £110 at JL)...although, admittedly, if you can't actually get it anymore it's irrelevant. Haven't done any research... just though id pitch in for anyone considering this deal. might be worth a look around.

Then people may as well buy a brand new one from Argos for £109.99 because that one defo has 2gb ram , I own one and paid £98 from Argos a few weeks ago.

Your comment would not sound so daft if you could tell people where they can buy a full HD 10.1" tablet for this kind of money here in the UK.

This is what i have done i return it and went back to argos and bought the new one with 2gb
I've received the 1GB version also. Haven't returned it as yet just contacted them asking them to send me the correct one as advertised. I'll see hat they say, in theory this is surely a case of false advertising?

Am i the only one seeing 99.99£ on that ebay listing? Or is there a code somewhere?
If its only 9£ difference between brandnew and regurb, than it doesnt sound like a very good deal.
