​I see you have been scooter policing on another electric thread today.....we get it mate. As for riding out in front of a car....happens everyday with kids on normal bikes, or running. Yes we know technically it's illegal to ride these on a road or pavement....so is a bike going through a red light, or riding in the dark without lights....or dropping rubbish on the floor....but I'm sure you've never done anything like that. I bought one for my 7yr for Christmas, which we will take him over the park to ride. I'll give you the location so you can call the police.

That's up to you put technically you are responsible for any loss or injury up until they turn legal age and they can put off any punishment up until they are legally punishable.
