It's funny what OP said because last week I ordered Xbox One Rise Of The Tomb Raider pre owned from them. When it arrived it was brand new cellophane sealed. I guess someone traded it in like that. I have traded a few sealed games in the past I bought but never played but the stores I traded always removed cellophane to check them

I bought this game from them a few days ago and sent it back as it was unsealed, I wasn't sure whether this rare replay had a load of codes as I know it's a load of xbla games, didn't want to risk it so sent it back and have ordered new elsewhere.

Seriously this bunch are a load of cowboys - Avoid like the plague.

Plenty on ebay new and sealed for the above prices

Apart from this retailers support is aweful, I had 2 games not arrive at all, they responded to my first email asking for a resolution but when they didn't resolve it they wouldn't respond again, I had to call my credit card company so they could resolve it for me. Not worth the hassle to save a few quid if you ask me.

Why? If it's a dud then the retailer is responsible for return postage costs.

I think they mean that the inconvenience of the return/refund is not worth it.

Not saying they are indestructible but I've never had a problem with pre-owned Blu-rays, they don't scratch as easy as CDs or DVDs so I think you can pretty much buy with confidence from most of the online retailers.

... And if you want some level of guarantee the disk will read or install.

Buy it somewhere else if you want it, shocking company with poor standards and support, just check trustpilot.

I've never bought from them online before, exactly, save the £2 (it'll buy you half down the local :wink: ) unless opening some plastic means £2 to you :stuck_out_tongue:

I don't know so much about online, but instore sometimes they give you an 'unsealed' case when you buy a new game, and it's because they have to open some to display, which you could argue is like them basically giving you a used copy which is technically is.
