Quality Street = 724g
Normal price - £5 = 69p/100g
Usual promotional price - £4 = 55p/100g
Good promotion (imo) - £3.50 = 48p/100g (usually 2 for £7)
This deal - 1315g - £7 = 53p/100g
The price is alright, not the best but not the worst, plus the tin makes a nicer present for people that are worth a little more to you than a normal tub.

Cheers. Using my love film £5 profit on the credit, this effectively cost me £2.

that's the proper size
although if you factor in 2 of the smaller ones at £3.50 it works out the same.

There were no individual purple ones in my local shops last Christmas - not one. They used to sell them 3 for £1. The green triangles were for sale but no purple ones.

I print these tins and I must say they are a bloody lovely design when I look at the plastic crap instore, biased yes but they really are a much better product to have sitting in the house. (And won't spend 50 years in a landfill)

Great deal in the old style, but the yellow ones always linger until February.
