Epsom Salt, named for a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, is not actually salt but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulphate. Epsom Salt has numerous health benefits as well as many beauty, household and gardening-related uses. Studies have shown that magnesium and sulphate are both readily absorbed through the skin, making Epsom salt baths an easy and ideal way to enjoy the amazing health benefits. Magnesium plays a number of roles in the body including regulating the activity of over 325 enzymes, reducing inflammation, helping muscle and nerve function and helping to prevent artery hardening. Sulphates help improve the absorption of nutrients, flush toxins and help ease migraine headaches.
Epsom Salt bath. This is great for sports people and people who are experiencing cramps and aching muscles. Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) helps to draw lactic acid out of the body and muscles, while instantly giving a strong fix of Magnesium.
Magnesium Chloride bath. This is the ideal bath for people who find their Magnesium deficiency results in restlessness, irritability, poor sleep quality, anxiety or depression, as it is a gentle way of boosting Magnesium which also is retained well by the body providing a more lasting effect than Epsom salt.
Dead Sea Salt bath. This is perfect for people who need a milder intake of magnesium, such as children and people with dry skin or low Calcium / Potassium levels. It provides a gentle balance of Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium which can also help repair and protect dry, itchy or eczema prone skin.
Himalayan Salt bath. A wonderfully detoxing bath with 84 essential minerals. It contains lower levels of Magnesium than our other bath salts, but is a nice all-rounder to regularly give an additional boost to your overall mineral intake while nourishing your skin and detoxifying your body.
Had some of these salts delivered yesterday so can vouch for this being a good price.
At this price its also probably cheaper than the stuff you get for the garden.

Can this be applied as a spray if diluted and how much magnesium is absorbed? I don't have time to sit in the bath but magnesium liquid supplement is very expensive. Actually if this is pharmaceutical grade can you just have a spoonful?
I would not trust that site at all, it has lots of "articles" with very dubious claims including anti-vaccine views and of course promotion of numerous products. :disappointed:

Yep, bring on those vaccines and those super bugs too! Im pro vaccine because super bugs are much cooler, they are like the super heros of the viral world

I think you may be misunderstanding how vaccines work as what you're suggesting is caused by antibiotic overuse, vaccines can't really cause that.
Antibiotics and antiviral medications kill the bugs, overuse fuels their evolution to increase the chance of developing resistance so they're not killed by the medication anymore thus rendering them useless. Vaccines however, "teach" the immune system to kill the bugs so if the bugs change, we modify the vaccine to compensate.
The site is very questionable, I simply picked out one of the many red flags. Others include the owner not being medically qualified yet he claims he can cure cancer and in fact pretty much anything because it seems most diseases are due to a baking soda and magnesium deficiency -
"magnesium chloride, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), and iodine [can be used] to inexpensively treat most health problems. Add breathing retraining, CBD, superfoods, vitamin C, plenty of water good enough to be called a medicine, enough sun, daily magnesium massages and one will improve or cure almost any ailment."

I've done a bit more reading now and yeah it seems you can make a 50% spray and bottom of the feet absorbs well. Also it can be absorbed through the armpits and doubles up as a deodorant which is a bonus for me as I don't use chemical deodorant. It seems you can also digest Epsom salt aswell.
