I can confirm that the dongle auto installs on the PC under Windows 10 as does the headset via a cable to charge. Mic also fully functional . Proper chuffed as I picked up a used pair for £20 last night
Sound quality is absolutely fantastic too btw!

These go down to around £35 often. Theyre also not great. Add to that the incredibly stupid idea of needing a dongle to connect to the PS4....

They are fine for the majority of people who'se only experience of 'high end' audio are some Beats ear buds. That said, I didn't like them at all but I think they are great for any non audio enthusiast.

It does.
I bought this originally for my PS4 but ended up using it for my PC. At this price I would even recommend this to people who don't have a PS4 who are looking for a new headset.

"You do require the 3.5mm cable to connect it to the PSVR" Ahhh, I thought you had meant the wireless feature would work the same. Yeah, hadn't even thought about the 3.5mm jack!

30 Oct 16#59
I don't think it does work with PSVR... At least, the one I own doesn't!
UndeadKev to mackashworth
30 Oct 16#61
It does/should. Albeit can be a bit difficult to fit around your ears with the PSVR headset on. You do require the 3.5mm cable to connect it to the PSVR

Yes, same happened to me. I contacted them for a refund of the extra £2.50 and they gave me a voucher for £2.50 off my next order which I declined and asked again for a refund but haven't had another response as yet.

Would these work for watching TV?
UndeadKev to csharp1
28 Oct 16#52
Not particularly great for TV to be fair - unless you were to get an extended 3.5mm jack cable and that's only able to work if your TV has a 3.5mm audio output on it

I wonder if eveyone will get their orders or will Sainsbury's be sending out the cancellation email and text they did with the console a few weeks back.
My understanding is that the stock comes from a local store rather than a centralised depot. Surely when an order is placed for days in the future stock repleshment should occur?

Nephews have these almost a year for wireless PC/Laptop gaming. No breakages. Bought a pair myself in the end. Excellent quality on all devices inc the wired option to PS Vita and 3DS.
Also works on Mac with no fuss, shows in settings as USB Stereo Headset.

26 Oct 16#30
Used the £20 voucher i received for them cancelling my PS4 order, so didn't do too badly!
Should really have bought these from Amazon when they were the same price. Suspect build quality according to reviews suggests one would likely need to be in contact with customer services at some point and Amazon are usually very good in that regard.

Find this bizarre but I always find dealing with Amazon on returns for items purchased from Amazon after the initial 30 day period to be shocking. However if its an Amazon Fulfilled order but sold by a merchant - they take EVERYTHING back !

i've had these for nearly 2 years and had no problems with build/sound quality however they are no match for a decent set of normal headphones which can be plugged into the controller.
I've been happy with them and use them with my Xbox One (plugged into the controller) too.
As for the VSS (Virtual Surround Sound), it is absolutely horrendous and makes the audio incredibly tinny and unpleasant. I also don't notice much difference between the various audio profiles you can upload either.
They're a good buy if you absolutely must have wireless headphones but if you want the best sound/cost ratio you're better off buying a cabled pair with a mic imo.

How do these compare with the Sennheiser PC360? I have those and not sure if I should get these for non-wired experience....

Tip for COD players: turn off surround sound to listen to footsteps and work out which direction.

26 Oct 16#23
I have 2 x of them for 2 x ps4
very good :
1 is the sound quality very good i mean not just good but very good
2 Comfortable to wear
3 Looks ok
Bad point
1 with PS4 when PS4 goes to sleep mode the USB adapter still on so the headphones on as well it is same as you listen music
When PS4 in sleep mode after maybe 1-2 hours disconnects USB adapter complete off the headphones off as well as they detecting no signal from adapter
So the bad point is that you can manual switch off the or leave like this and charge battery more often
2 is that microphone by default is always on you turn on headphones mic on as well if you play online games and want privacy need to turn off mic all the time and if you forget than everyone can listen you
What I have done is open headphones and disconnected mic cable so now when headphones on they turn on mic but mic is disconnected Im not using mic
