They were selling boxes of Cadbury's fingers (salted caramel and the other new variety) for 2 for £1 in Exeter today.

They are on a promotion at the front of the store on a bay with fingers/cookies/foxes melts.
Top 3 shelfs are 2 for £1
Kitkats is on the 3rd bay mine were clearly marked today with 2 for £1
i seen a member of staff filling it ready for today and i asked whats going on and shown me the sheet with 2 for 1 on kitkats orange/original/cookies and cream the 8pack ones.

I used to work there, which is what you would have seen me put on the debate regarding the over £1 items. Member saying you hAve to spend £1 to buy at item over £1 when you dont you can just buy the over £1.

Okay - I went round three Glasgow city centre Poundlands - Sauchiehall Street, Argyle Street and Union Street.

Argyle Street and Union Street stock the 8 packs. They're £1 each.

I turned around and the assistant was gone - he was like The Flash! I had every intention of asking. Could see the Cadbury's biscuits were 2 for £1 and signs are up for those - the Kit-Kats still say £1 on the shelves.

Just realised I've taken a really crap picture of the receipt, I'll re-do the photo.

This is incorrect. OP has clearly misread the shelf, which is easy to do to be fair. They wouldn't honour it at the till for me

Poundland ran a kitkat bay last week, they were due to go on 2 for £1 yesterday but due to supplier issues its been postponed.
