Nice finds but the MSI card is extremely ugly and flimsy looking plus with delivery it is £220.
The second link doesn't work, adding to basket gives me an RX 470. And delivery is not included also and bound to be more than £5.
Also I don't know/trust those retailers.

Didn't someone else post that the fans on these Palit cards don't stop running ever...

Just bought a Palit 1070 and used the supplied Thunder master over clocking software to draw a fan curve in and it works flawlessly.

I have one and with Thundermaster it can be made nigh on silent

Yep i got this card, even though fairly quiet, one of the fans stop and the other spins at a very low rpm constantly they should either release a update or change the 0db fan stop upto 50c marketing. if i knew this before purchasing i would of bought the evga sc instead.

The owner of OcUK said the return rate on the Dual 1070 is abnormally high and described the card as "crap".
Though also says other cards are ok; so assume this 1060 is?

Well, he specifically mentions the GameRock and JetStream models in terms of other Palit cards (and they are very good) and is talking about the 1070 only. The 1060 Dual is their cheapo version of the 1060 and of the same design as the 1070 model. I certainly doubt it's of better quality than the more expensive 1070 edition.
Still, you can always RMA it anyway I suppose.

I've got the 3GB version of this card (ex display unit), only had it a few days, works fine, Overclocked to 2Ghz without any effort. I will say the card is very light but not poorly made or noisy, I used to have Palit 750 Ti card and that was fine after a couple of years.

Not up to date on the differences between models so thanks for clarifying.

WHY!! Why does it matter what a piece of internal computer hardware looks like?? I know that it's now important because when I bought my MSI 1060 I learned that I can configure fancy lights on it. I mean, what?? It's effectively go faster stripes. I'm getting old.

Got one of these a month ago - superb card. Highly recommended to play everything in Ultra, especially with Battlefield one coming!

But who's going to say 'nice card!' for an ego boost? Your mum?

I'm aware that people display them through windows, in cases that look more like experimental aircraft, I just don't get why. Besides, what exactly does an attractive graphic card look like? What makes that circuit board so lustful and sexy? If it's flashing lights that does it, then mine will make you react like a firmly opened microwave door. Though I will have to take off a case panel, I've not got a window. The sight of that flashing GPU would cause me to leave my wife.

Something to consider anyway.
