I did it twice (not intending to at order time :smiley: ), they added shipping once for me so I cancelled but the other time it was already shipped. I guess it depends of the current state, you should not cancel the other item before it's preparing to dispatch/dispatched.

Not so. I regularly do this and have never been charged for the delivery. Sure they will close that loophole one day but still works at the moment.

I think if you cancel the part of the order later and your original order becomes less than £20 with add-on, Amazon will charge you the delivery cost later.

What have Amazon done to the items saved for later in the basket? I had about a dozen items and now they've all disappeared since last night?

Hate add on items, I've got prime so hardly ever have a build up of items in my basket.
