This popped up in a facebook ad and doesn't seem a bad price for what you get.
Just remember to cancel before the 12 months are up for renewal as it works out around £15 per month normally.

I think this is probably just the online version of office with email, not the downloadable office apps.
You can already get the office apps free online through, so while the hosting is probably a good deal I'm not sure of the gain.

You do get the Exchange email, so this works on any email client such as your phone (Apple or Android), computer (Windows or Mac) etc., of course you then can use Webmail (OWA) if you want to as well.

If you go through to the checkout it's the essentials package - web only, not installed or mobile.

Nope, you get the full Essentials O365 package for a year from that deal page, and the website and domain including the email for £12 for the first year.

They seem to have a very limited selection of uk domains. Any that I searched for were at least £6.99. Also, the hosting is not hosting as such but rather access to their pre-built templates to create your site from. All in all, this is just a miss-labeled piece of crap. Thanks anyway.

Names.co.uk is cheapest domain ever. I used only domain (email, website) for 10 years =£70
After that my domain connected to Gmail service for free email with my name of domain. That enough for me.

Guys, there are 2 main types of Office 365, which is extremely confusing.
Office365 consumer - this is the one where you basically subscribe to Office and get to download all the Office products (2016 or latest version) - Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. And use on up to 5 PCs.
Office365 business - this is basically hosted email, Skype, and other business related features. Great it you run a company and want hosted email, useless as a consumer. That is what this deal is.
So, don't buy this, you will not be able to download office onto your PCs. Unless of course you want hosted email for your business.
From experience, I wouldn't touch their hosting. Had nothing but issues!

You can use this code HotUkHosting12q to get Linux Essentials Hosting fixed to £12 for the first year, which includes a free .co.uk domain name, and free email addresses (not Office 365, but IMAP / POP / Webmail). Limited to 100 and expires end of 19th October.

This is a terrific deal. Remove the Website Builder from the shopping basket if you don't want it. If you already have a domain with 123-reg, you can get rid of that, too, leaving you with Office 365 Business Essentials for £7.20 (inc VAT) for a year. That includes 1Tb of OneDrive storage - worth it for that alone.

note that after 12 months this goes up to £150 plus VAT

Yes, but if you are just using it for the website and domain, you can cancel the Office365, or conversely if you use Office365 and not the website, you can cancel the website.

If you follow the promotion link, it shows you domain results in the screen, from there you select the UK domain you want and it then addds the domain, website builder and office 365 email to the basket. You do not need to add each one to the basket individually, the landing page does that for you.

Wow, this "simple" deal is anything but. As others have commented, this is quite typical of 123reg. (Probably so called as it appears to be run 1-3 numpties more than likely all called Reginald) I've had a couple of domain names and 1 hosting account and whilst they weren't as bad as some, they did cause sites to be offline for days at a time through no fault of mine.

Yes, my website is free forever. My domain connected to ucoz.com web hosting with free CMS (news, forum, poll, board, fan, and a lot of modules).
Also my email from Google services and easy to use like personal account google with your own domain. You can make up to 50 emails addresses for free (if it's true, I created 5 email address)
