BAB currently have a ton of items on sale including Wonder woman, Batman, dory & Iron Man bears.
I added 2 £17 bears to my basket, one added, click your basket and a pop up with come up saying get a £10 egift card for £5 on a £20 spend (if you want it)
click through to checkout and on address/ delivery page you can add a evoucher use code AFF10OFFOCT2 and it'll knock £10 off £30.
so a nice little saving, there are some exclusions apparently like Pokemon but well worth trying different baskets to maximise savings/discount
These are very popular in my household!

Wish there was free delivery. Just pushes it from impulse purchase to 'not quite sure'

anyone who has a Costco card. buy bab gift cards from them first. then place your order and pay with the gift cards. think its £45 for £50 worth if gift cards or £75 for £100 of gift cards.

The Pokemon Build a Bear teddies are rubbish, overpriced and look hardly anything like the actual characters. They sell Pokemon teddies on EBay for around £3 and they actually resemble the characters.

Eevee looks fine.
Pikachu doesn't.
Neither of them are worth the £50 they're charging for them on the site though.

I cannot believe the eevee costs £50 what a gross price, £20 would be more reasonable and even then it feels like you are being ripped off.

It's a complete rip off considering they sell for £3+ on EBay (there are thousands) and they are the in thing this year. Twice the price of the next nearest BAB teddy.

You can get just the Eevee in store on it's own for £21. I got my son Pikachu for a tenner because they sent me a voucher for a free furry friend (or £11 off), think it was worth that. Now hoping i get another voucher as my daughter really wants the Eevee.

I thought Eevee looked constipated lol. Not the best Eevee by a mile. They are mass produced in the thousands in China, so it's rotten they are trying to charge so much just because it's a UK seller.

Would have got Yoda and chewbacca on impulse without much thought if they were around £30 but not even able to get 10 off seems unfair, other companies do it better these sorts of things better and would rather waste my money elsewhere. even Disney have better prices than BAB

£10 off seems to be working with 2 Star Wars for £35 - making them £25 + £3.25 p+p
Haven't checked out yet but I'm considering it. My middle son is a big boba fett fan - can't decide between chewie & dark Vader for youngest son.

I remember back in 2004 when in los angeles the quality of the bears far outshone what they are offering today and they actually looked like bears in the face instead of this generic dopey look and they were cheap as chip's but that's probably becuase they were in america and not Rip-off Britain.

So do they just deliver the teddy or a gift card for you to go in a build a bear yourself?

I thought the main appeal of these is to go into the shop and see the bear made in front of you? Seems a bit pointless paying such a high premium if they just get delivered? Or am I missing something?

I'm of the same opinion. The magic of BaB is in the store experience which you can't get anywhere else. May as well order any old bear from Amazon.

I used a site advertised on freepostcodelottery a couple of months back (Zeek) to buy unwanted gift vouchers when I got my overpriced pokemon. It saved me 20%. They did ask a lot of questions though so don't count this as a full endorsement but I've had no spam sunami yet

Used the Costco deal £74.89 for £100 worth of Build-A-Bear Vouchers then used the deal here to purchase 2 Paw Patrol bears. I still have £65.25 worth of vouchers left to use in store with my kids so effectively paid £9.64 for the two toys. Thanks and heat added.
