Can I get this on a Samsung smart TV?

I did this with my Huawei P8 and it worked. Simply install the app and it should be there. If you are in the middle of a now tv voucher deal then you cant use the offer. I took a note of the code and I'll see if it works when my voucher expires.

I had to install Samsung myGalaxy App on my S4 through Play Store. Once installed click on offers at the bottom and there is the 3 month movie pass. Click this and either sign up or sign in. You will then get a pop up box with the code to redeem (I think individual to each customer) and then 'buy it' and it adds to your account. Mine has added to the back of the last pass I used so you should be able to use without damaging any current passes. Not sure if it's the same set up on all galaxy's.

for me it says cannot add another voucher as 1 is already active try later

offer must only be on selected devices, I do not have this on my Samsung Galaxy tab. Hot for anyone who can get it though.

The offer wasn't showing for me so followed the above advice of uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the play store. that worked and offer was displayed. thanks!

I signed up a couple of weeks ago via the offer on my Samsung Note 4 but was also available on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Just remember to cancel before the 3 months is up unless you're happy to pay the £9.99 per month subscription after the offer has ended. :smiley:

I use the Now TV app on my PS4 to watch on my TV though movies are only in 720p at best which is disappointing but for £1.66/month I can't really complain! :smiley: NOW TV are looking to upgrade the quality in the future though so fingers crossed for that.

Posted 1 month and 1 day before so within the rules.

Anyone else had a problem with billing - I did the two week Sky Cinema trial on 16th October and during the trial I entered this Samsung code, which it accepted. I am expecting to be charged £1.66 today for the first of my three months but the NowTV website says I will be charged £9.99 today!?

NowTV live help chat could only say "it is in the process of being renewed - once it has renewed let us know if you are charged the wrong amount and we will refund it".

I tried to put the voucher code in again, it said it was invalid?

I use the black box on **** sky and have no problems at all. The TVs ones are slower as it's an app and yr network can cause slow response.

I clicked through the my galaxy app to get this deal, the code came up briefly but then disappeared! I had assumed it had just been transferred to my Now TV account but I can't find it anywhere.

Am I being incredibly sense here, or do I need to get another code from another my galaxy account!!?

What happens if you go via the Samsung app again & choose to sign-in to Now TV from there?

Once signed in to Now TV, you'll get the screen below with the code already filled out, & is self-explanatory what to do next (I've removed the rest of my code from the screenshot).

It appears very tiny on a phone screen so you'll need to squeeze out & enlarge it to see it properly.

If anyone is still listening, I can't get this to work. I can see the offer in mygalaxy app and can click on the signup link. Because I already got an now tv account I just sign in rather than signup. But by doing this it just signs in and there is never anything there about voucher or code. I check under my passes and it's only got what I can purchase myself. Maybe the link is correct from Samsung?

Don't sign in with the link, instead just make a note of it when it opens in your browser - especially its last 14 characters beginning with NOW - this is the code you need.

Now sign-in to your account via http://www.nowtv.com & navigate to the 'My Passes' section & apply the code there.

Let us know how it goes.

Remember, ANY code you enter will be accepted only when there are fewer than 30 days to go to the end of your previous offer/pass. If there are more than 30 days to go, wait for this to fall below 30 before trying the code. The code is usually valid for 2-3 months.

Another little trick is to uninstall the app & reinstall it, but this time entering different details (especially email address). Then, check for this offer again in the app - it would've generated a different 'NOW...' code.

The only downside is that these codes have a limited shelf-life, so may not valid when you can try it again at Now TV in 3 months time. Also, this Samsung offer could be pulled by the time you can generate a newer code in a few weeks/months that will have a longer shelf-life.
