Really easy answer to this, extremely reliable, the company I work for must have bought 500+ if not more devices from this company before we found other suppliers. I work for a company that specialises in IT refurbishment, so the cheaper the price the more profit, so that's why we don't use them at the moment. For the general consumer I definitely would you use them you can have confidence in buying their equipment. Often their grade B and C are almost in excellent condition. Can't fault the company at all. Definitely recommended.

I think they are seen as reliable, they normally deal in refurbished phones.

if it says brand new then it will be.smartfonestore are VERY reliable I once got a phone off them had it six month and it became faulty and they refunded me right away and I have purchased other phones off them also if I was looking to buy a phone I'd go there first

I have purchased 3 phones from them in the past all used, never bought a new one, website is legit. I have even returned a phone a didn't like, just had to pay the postage.
They sell brand new and used phones Grade A is used but in mint condition. Customer service is brilliant. No refurbished phones. Only problem I had with phone that it shows no service after 6 month and they replace it with 128gb model because 32gb was out of stock

smartfone store are good. I ordered a grade c which was found to be faulty before they sent it so they offered a full refund or an extra £20 to buy something else so I ordered the same model but a grade up.

Seems like a great price for the edge. The regular S7 seems to be this price on most retailers. Hopefully it's a UK model

The Snapdragon 820 is the US (SM-G935) model... the UK/EU model (SM-G935F) has the Exynos 8890.

These guys are great, got my S7 from them 4 months ago, brand new for £460 - still struggle to get it at that price now.

Very nice deal.
Can't decide whether to go for this or wait for the seemingly inevitable influx of barely used refurb S7's from the Note 7 early adopters who got... burned

From what I've read online, the general consensus is that the Snapdragon model has a slightly better GPU, but the Exynos has better battery performance... and that the Exynos model is the one to go for :-)

smartfonestore are always the first place I go if I'm looking at a new phone. Their grading is very generous. Very polite customer services as well. Can't recommend them enough.

@OP how do you import from Hong Kong? Won't you have to cover taxes as well, which will make it roughly the same price?

Make sure to pay with a credit card at the very least if you do buy from them.
