I returned over £120 worth of items from an almost £300 shop. They didn't refund me. I had to chase and chase and chase them to the point where it was bordering on harassment. in the end I has to provide full bank statements to prove I didn't receive the refund. then finally months down the line I got my money back with a 'sorry must of been an internal error'. they also sent me a £30 gift card to say sorry!

My daughter bought some crap from them online which I paid for but they wouldn't refund the money because the items were not delivered to the store. They said the money was never taken.

I unsubscribed a while back so entered my regular email address but the code it gave me didn't work, tried my work email address and the new code generated worked ok then

That doesn't seem to be working for me. It only takes 30% off the full priced, even when mixed.

It doesn't work on sale items as they are already discounted. I ordered £125 worth of stuff, some sale some not and the discount I received in the end was about £25 because not all of the items were full price. It only only took 30% off the value of the full priced items in my basket (about £90 of full priced items - the rest were already reduced or on promotion).
