As far as breakfast cereal goes, they are nowhere near as bad as the most popular brands - discounting what I would term as non sugary cereals like corn flakes, rice crispies and healthy wheat bases cereals like wheetabix.
They have 10+ grams less sugar per 100g than:
Kellogg's Crunchy Nut
Kellogg's Ricicles
Kellogg's Frosties
Kellogg's Coco Pops
The have the same sugar content as Honey Cheerios.

I have been trying for months to buy Honey Nut Cornflakes. The Mrs takes a look at the back and that's whatI have to do.....put em back..."Too much Sugar" tssssk!

Fair point, but most portion sizes are usually between 25g - 45g, so it isn't exactly representative of what people are actually eating.

Nope but there are many people who let there kids eat massive bowls of the stuff which should be a treat based on its nutrition content, then let them eat crisps and chocolate because the though they got a good breakfast, then feed them chips and nuggets, then wonder why they have the attention span of Dory, waste line of me and get type 2 diabetes before they are 40.
