Yeah, there is no region lock - however, if you buy the Canadian version (physical or digital) and you want DLC for it, then you HAVE to buy the dlc from that regions store (have an account for that region set to primary on your PS4(You can have up to 14 primary accounts on your PS4, its the console is the primary of the account, not the account of the console)).
I have a Japanese, Hong Kong, UK, US, Canadian and Australian account on my PS4 all set to primary. I buy my foreign top ups from Pcgamesupply and my UK currency from cdkeys (with their FB codes you get about 5-10% off the top up amount)

Considering Amazon.ca don't offer PSN Digital codes how else are you able to get digital credit for a Canadian purchase? This missing info from the OP is why this deal isn't gaining much traction.
NOTE: Verify your phone number first, I bought before I did that and the payment was rejected :disappointed: Now I have to wait an hour before I can re-order.

It's both :smiley: It's a digital download of the game. Rather than buying it on a disk, this you download. Disk and download are same games, just different methods of distribution :smiley:

Just to add to what the other guys have said, this game is downloaded from the Canadian store, so you'd need a Canadian account to be able to download it. Lukeo44 has linked to an article explaining how to do it, just in case you can't see it at this price when you log in.
