ordered from Base.com, they took the money and I still havent received it. emailed them and they said they are still trying to find stock, despite it stating it was 'in stock'....suffice to say their customer service is awful too

I've always had problems with base, usually really long delivery times. last straw was lego star wars vita. supposed to be 3-5 days via royal mail but turned out they were sending it from Belgium & could take 2 weeks! it never arrived & had to wait 6 weeks from ordering to get a refund. never using them again
