For any fans out there, how much better or worse is this than the one that rebooted/released on last gen (360)??

PayPal offers less protection and slower at that, than credit cards, but more than debit card. Any process would be better without PayPal as you can actually communicate with a human! If you are using PayPal for "protection " then perhaps consider a credit card if you have one. Much safer

My time not having to sort out credit card and identity theft is worth way more than saving £2 on mortal kombat.
Plus it's not on "everything" all the decent and sane sites take PayPal.

Pretty sure you're covered against fraud if you pay on a card.
Spending an extra £1-£2 on everything isn't really what this site is about.

With more and more sites getting data stolen I'll stick to others where I can use PayPal.
Totally worth spending the extra £1-2.

You only need PayPal if you think you are going to have any problems. Base would me my retailer of the year. Great show from them with service and good prices.

Couple of quid cheaper at base if there's no rush to play it
