Ah, you have to have a registered Sparks card which shows the different offers.

I do have sparks but never used any offer yet,
have more than 8000 points but when I follow the link to selet a spark offer, it prompts me one for food. any idea how I can get this working?

I have over 16000 points on my Sparks card and only have food offers this week, if anyone has any ideas how to get this offer (or the free candle offer posted yesterday) working it would be much appreciated

Hi it should just come up in your offers when you log into your sparks card. It comes up with the offers that you have and then you just click the ones you want. You could always give them a call if there is nothing there :-)
