Seems to advertise that it`s 2gb ram but it`s 1gb sadly. Would have been great otherwise.

There are multiple versions of this tablet - when it was last posted at this price(?) there was a discussion about RAM then, with some people confirming 2GB and some 1GB. My wife's one has 1GB, but it was bought 6 months ago....
Personally, my opinion is that it is of solid build quality, but the performance is a bit lacklustre at times. But maybe the extra RAM would help.

it may not have 1gb of ram, I bought the A10-30 from argos a few weeks ago and it had 2gb of ram but the lower res hd display and not full hd like your one has.
Argos are crap at getting their descriptions correct but if you read the bottom of the page it says it has a 1.3GHz Quad-Core Processor apq8009 quad core processor and that version defo has 2GB of ram but they also contradict themselves by saying it also has a Mediatec processor.

Can anyone recommend a tablet with 2gb ram that is good value with good battery. I have a 27 hour journey to New Zealand next week so relying on it to get me through the journey.

I own the tablet in this offer and highly recommend it, It has 2GB of ram and the battery life does too my surprise last the advertised 10 hours if you have the brightness at around 60% whilst watching movies.
Interesting. Wonder why Lenovo updated this tablet to 2GB ram but will never update it past Android 5.0!

Expensive for this model even if RAM has been increased to 2Gb. Won't be a full HD screen either. Go for the f70 model mentioned above instead - far better.

it's exactly the same as the one I'm using now and can confirm it's 2GB ram. I got mine from tesco refurb on eBay for £115 so this is a good price.

Bought one for my girlfriend the last time it was this price, definitely 2gb and a great wee tablet for the money. Ordered another two to collect tomorrow for my parents.

Got one of these a few months ago from Argos. Mine has 2Gb ram and is great for every day use i.e internet, emails, reading, video, music. Like the twin speaker Dolby sound system. It plays the Android games I have bought fine. Yes it might not play high spec video games and there are tablets with a higher resolution but I plumped for this in the end as it has a good spec for the price.

I bought two tonight for the kids for Xmas I added a stocking filler each for couple of pounds to take it over the £100 and I got a £10 voucher on the first one which was then used in the second one and also then given another £10 voucher to use at a later date !!!

anyone recommend a tablet for reading books and magazines on, possibly smaller than this. Don't fancy a ereader as would prefer colour, but cheapish.

Bought this from argos this evening and it has 2gb of ram. Atm, pleased of what I got for the money. Not for gaming but more than enough for internet, movie, social and ebooks.

I'm pretty sure you can add parental controls on any tablet. There are some tablets that may be more suited towards children like the Amazon fire kids edition tablet. However, this supports less apps than Android/iOS even though the software is based on Android.

I have the official case from Argos and it fits and looks great on the Blue A10-30, but it has an annoying design fault that means unless you use the tablet almost vertical it will slide down flat.
Just purchased two, one for me one for the other half, Ram 2gb. really good deal. Hot from me.

As many have stated above, all markings on packaging indicate 2GB RAM. Model number is TB2-X30F which does seem to suggest 1GB but seems this has had a slight upgrade.
Thanks OP, been waiting to get bigger screen than my faithful Samsung tablet which I think I also found via a deal on here several years ago. This fits the bill nicely
