no, I think the PS4 Lego Dimensions disc is just like the other PS4 game discs, and won't work on any other platform except PS4. Only the portal can be shared by PS4 PS3 and Wii U I suppose

My first order in the morning was fulfilled but then got cancelled :confused: (maybe because of system error at that time as it was out of stock minutes after I made the order)... but my second order which was made when it was back in stock this afternoon was fulfilled and dispatched. If you buy a PS4 version the portal will work on the PS4, PS3 and Wii U, but won't work on any of the Xbox's, this is because Microsoft insist that all peripherals are licensed for each machine individually!!

No, I was logged into my account to make checkout quicker but just refreshed the page constantly until the 'add to basket' button went blue, then was really quick! Great price but Dimensions itself can't hold a candle to other, more recent LEGO games. My kids love the LEGO games (Batman, Marvel, Indiana Jones, Star Wars etc) but they just couldn't get into Dimensions at all. Sat gathering dust for us:(

Still a few left in Falkirk. Reserved the normal one but swapped it for the supergirl one instore.

Smyths glasgow had plenty PS4 with the aupergirl one , I also managed to the Xbox one version but they didn't seem to have many of xbox one left.

Just been to Milton Keynes branch said OOS on web but they had plenty on the shelves for various consoles inc. the ones with Supergirl.

went to linwood store after calling them they said they had 4 in stock and would put it away for me i was like thats great. Drove 25 mins to the store and it was the wrong thing they had put away for me! skylanders! i said i never mentioned skylanders and was told there was nothing they could do as they had none in stock!! then went to toys r us and was told they couldnt price match as none in stock online for delivery or click and collect! I'm never gonna get this for my sons xmas for the xbox one :disappointed:

They're all marked up at 29.99 on the shelves, all platforms so shouldn't have any problems!

Picked up a PS4 supergirl edition for me, and a 360 version for my Lego obsessed nephews Christmas present at Watford earlier today. Thet kept getting phone calls whilst I was there for people asking to reserve them, but they weren't allowing it

Thanks OP! Smyths let me swap over the normal PS4 starter pack for the supergirl one this morning. I had bought the normal starter pack off them when it was £50 with two fun packs, so overall i can't really complain about the price drop.

I just picked one up in Boucher Road in Belfast (even though the website doesn't say if its in stock)

I don't know if I got the last Xbox One one, but there were plenty of Wii U and PS4 versions

Glad Sainsburys didnt have the Super girl one in stock now. Picked this up today thanks to the deal :smile:.
The box is the same as the normal box, except it has an added Supergirl exclusive sticker stuck to it and Supergirl is in a polybag inside.

I went into the toys r us store, it has to be in stock online OR available for you to click and collect at your local store for them to price match. They weren't happy and stalled and checked a couple of times but result they matched and saved me travelling to my nearest Smyths!

​Its fine to play straight out the box, plug in the base build your portal and minifigs although you dont even need to build to play and then just go play with batman etc!!

Don't make the mistake I have and accidentally order the one that does not come with a free supergirl

Can someone explain how this works. After buying this starter pack, do I need to buy a thing else or this can be played on its own? My kids love the lego games on xbox. Would buy this but not if I have to keep buying extras, gets pricey.

I'd say no. The age on the box is an 'rough approximate guide'. Think showing him how to connect the lego in the first instance will be sufficient. If he can build small lego toys and play lego games on iPad etc. Such as Batman. He will be straight at home. Children at that age learn so fast and within a week or two tops, he will be a pro. For me it's helps their creative and building side. Both important.

reluctantly having to switch from Disney Infinity - but at £29.99 at least that makes it easier to look at all the wasted money..

It's a shame they don't release the game itself on its own. Where you have all the characters and themes. No building or none of the toys. Some gamers appreciate the LEGO theme characters, such as; back to the future, simpsons etc but don't want a 5 year olds toy stuck to their PlayStation.
..... anyway heat for the fantastic deal, bearing in mind its original cost. Rather have the game as mentioned above for this same price, minus the physical lego toys.

My son is 4, reasonable at games on his tablet, and getting the hang of PS4 games like Disney Infinity and very good at lego building. The age bit says from 7 years old onwards will this game be too old for him, when playing he will likely be playing 2 player with myself?

it's great, but as stated if you want to do everything in the game it's about £300-£400 for extars and that before the new ones that just came out :smile:
