Just received mine today with the free fun pack and level pack. I had got the starter pack super girl the other day in store just incase it didn't work on my home delivery, so will need to return it next time I go Sainsbury's.

i reordered and looks like my starter pack is being delivered today. fingers crossed its the supergirl one

Just been called by the delivery driver. He noticed he was one parcel short and was told by his boss to call me and let me know that my order had been cancelled as it wasn't in stock. No idea why the driver was calling as it was a collect in store order.

So much for getting what I ordered. Went to my local Sainsbury's to collect (Purley Way - Croydon) and no Starter Pack with Supergirl in sotck, in actual fact no PS4 Started Packs available :-( I've called Customer Services and they have reserved the starter pack with Supergile and a free Fun pake in a store thats 30min's away and the are going to send me a gift card with the value of £15 so I can use it against the Level Pack that I tried to order originally. Allot of messing around but got there in the end

I had to reject mine, no starter pack in stock and they didn't bother to tell me

My collection is due tomorrow afternoon so cross fingers it works and not the standard edition.

My delivery is due tonight but I've just spotted a charge on my card from Sainsbury's for an amount less than what it should be, i.e. What looks like level pack and fun pack only (which should have been free) so no starter pack. Most likely this means I'm going to be another annoyed customer as I will just reject the lot if there's no starter pack. What is the point in taking an order and giving a delivery date if you can't honour it?!

i dont know if this is guaranteed to work but i put it in my basket and selected store pick up and choose my nearest store, if it said there was no issues i changed it to delivery and proceeded that way. sometimes the level pack i out in was removed as no stock at local store so i just changed it.

Had mine delivered just now with Supergirl starter pack and fun pack, 45£ as per offer + 1£ delivery. Unfortunately, they had no adventure time level pack, so they still used the 18£ off 46£ and essentially, started pack + supergirl + Bart for 28£, quite happy with it

Had mine delivered today. The receipt states Super Girl but they delivered the old version! I'll be ringing up to complain tomorrow.

my local store is Chippenham it says so if anyone close they have stock.

Meh, normal starter pack, not supergirl :disappointed: and a team pack instead in the level pack. If it'd been the level pack I would have considered keeping but, meh :disappointed:.

just phoned customer service again the guy said stock will be in local store Thursday , then I mentioned the code again and he said no problem and sent me an £18 off voucher no minimum spend . depends who you speak to as the first person would have none of it. I'm gonna try again for Friday collection I think if it comes off I'll get Supergirl starter and fun pack for £27

mines due by half 7, if no super girl i'll keep the fun pack and see if they charge and call to complain to get some e voucher. then call my local to see if they have it before i order again

just had my delivery but no starter pack, sent them back and phoned customer services to ask if I will be able to use the new customer code again, answer was no , I complained but didn't get anywhere so I said I'll just set up another account and she said if I do that they will close both accounts as it's not allowed.

Im getting anxious about my delivery now :S.
Due between 6-7 so only another 25 minutes but, I'm reckoning they won't have what I ordered. Either that or it'll not show up at all as I ordered it, got an email but, today got an email to a different address (which I've not logged into on the site for ages) telling me to complete my order :S.

I went to pick mine up today. They subbed the Supergirl starter pack with the Superman fun pack because it wasn't in stock! Rejected the entire order. :disappointed:

will see what happens tomorrow when my delivery is due ordered a couple last week but that was when they were £60 with no fun pack free did get those ones so hopefully will get them tomorrow, have had email to confirm my delivery.

I picked mine up from my local store. Defiantly £45 with super girl.

Any one successfully has their order delivered? Just got a phone call from Sainsbury's, and was told the supergirl starter pack is not in stock at the moment and they didn't know when it would be in stock, so had to ask them to help me cancel the order...

BTW, if I let them delivered the rest but it would be less £60 without the started pack, would they just deduct £45, or would they remove the voucher discount as well and charge the whole price of Simpson pack?

Got my delivery this morning minus the starter pack and a bill for the free bart pack. I have phoned about 10 sainsburys and not one has them. To be honest dont think they ever had. And their website is a joke, worst online shopping experience ever

I think it was a buy one get the 2nd free offer which seems to have ended as I can't see it on their website now.

Are you able to use the collect in store with this to make sure you get the supergirl edition.

​I rang customer services and they gave me £18 credit for my account and they also told me when stock is arriving in store but they cannot guarantee I will get it. I've placed a second order so let's see what happens with that. I'm not bothering with no subs this time tho as I don't mind if I get the normal dimensions pack, it would be a bonus though if I managed to get supergirl

Yeah but cheapest I can see is £15 including postage and I wont pay that much for unofficial.
So have bought this, hopefully all in stock. Will keep Super girl, sell the PS4 starter pack on. Already have Bart as well, so will sell him. Got the Adventure Time Level pack, will give that a go and then probably sell that as well, as they're about £30 on eBay so I reckon used I could list for £20 no bother :smiley:.
Only issue now is, I want Super Girl but, so does my partner lol.
That said, could probably sell Super man now as well though, so this deal definitely works out well for me :smiley:.

I tried the no subs thing and they just tried to deliver me the wonder woman fun pack and nothing else as they didn't have supergirl in stock. Pretty pointless without the dimensions pack so I sent it back

​The £15 ones arent official ones, theyre just blank bases, Official Supergirls are £45+

Or £38 on eBay on a daily basis if you don't want the fun/level packs etc.
