Yes they had the money, I paid by card at the time of purchase and almost 48 hours later (i.e. yesterday) they have told me "tough luck you're getting a refund (in 3-5 working days!)".
It's cheeky as you like- if you've not got it, don't waste everyone's time selling it and taking the money!
It's also dodgy as you like; 4 different items, and suddenly ALL of them are NIS? Hmmm.

Careful with these M&S sale deals, I ordered a number of items earlier in the week, paid, had delivery date to store confirmed; then yesterday get an email saying the items had been very popular and were out of stock and that I'd be getting a refund. Poor form M&S!
