It was the same for 2.5 , but they sent out the LE for my pre-order.The price for the LE als dropped down though. Customer service agents don't know much besides what's on the page, since it's not on the page they'll say they don't know.
Can you confirm this though? I've talked to Amazon, and they tell me they don't know if we'll get the free upgrade and they said to contact Square Enix (which i'll be doing later today).
Yea, i received an email earlier today from square-enix, it comes with all pre order's. It didn't state any specific retailers.

That's not exclusive to shopto. You get the limited edition of the game no matter where you pre-order, the limited edition part(which is basically the pin and the game in a carboard box) is a pre-order bonus.
