gutted just had new kitchen and only got a 600 cooker space wudv asked for wider for a bigger cooker, never mind good find

Remember that this is just a big single oven, most range cookers have at least a main oven plus smaller warming oven and or a grill. With this type of range its everything at one temperature.

2 separate ovens are a must.

I guess the point is more that if you are investing in a 6 ring range unit, you are probably selling yourself a little short if you opt for only one oven. By their very design, these units would suggest a tendency towards more complicated menus.... Like Pot Roast and Yorkshire puddings :smiley: nom!

Called to order and spoke to a really rude person on the phone who said it had been "cut off" (said this repeatedly) and would be back in stock 4th November at a higher price. Basically it was a mistake and they are busy rectifying it. He said you would never get a range cooker at that price, and was quite unpleasant. Sadly I have a Currys voucher to use, or they would not be getting any further business from me.

Ordered with the code & had two emails confirming & a text message from KNOWHOW to tell me they are sorting a delivery date. Cheers.

I'm still waiting for a cooker hood I ordered from them 4 years ago!

same here... currys should be ashamed of themselves. they are emailing us about a price error yet the item is still for sale on their website at the price we ordered. sort you4 priorities out currys. no need to upset more customers when your aware of a price mistake.

Sounds like the Currys I've always known (& always hated!)

Just chatted with someone online on their site. They're Out-of-Stock, expecting more in November. However, no guarantee the price will be the same.

As has been posted on ther deals , a contrat is offer, acceptance and consideration . If the money has been taken you have a contract and they have to perform and cannot rely on hidden small print. Would be worth replying to Currys saying you do not accept their nowhow email and want them to perform the contract.
You could take it eventually to court, but if you start with letters you might end up getting offered some vouchers if you don't want to end up in court, but give the impression you will.

I purchased this item, paid for it and got a confirmation email too.
Soon after, i got an email to say my order has been cancelled and i will get a refund.
Can anyone confirm if they're had their cooker delivered or have all orders been cancelled.. if you can please let me know.

Same here cancelled order, lesson learnt about further orders from Currys, but then again l should have expected something from currys going down the pan...
