All reductions to special buys are store specific

Typically, store managers will reduce the item first by 30% and then by 50% to clear old stock.
(excections often apply where an event had passed, e.g. Halloween etc, in which case products may immediately be reduced by 50% or more)
There is no co-ordination as to when store managers elect to claer their stock (if it's not already gone)

That's my lunch sorted for the next week. I'll use the communal milk that's kept in the fridge for tea/coffee! 9 p per day - I can't complain..
