How does this compare to washing with a cloth and all purpose cleaner then drying with a good quality kitchen roll?

You don't spend £24.99 - but tbh I would (and did). The Karcher cleaning solution is brilliant, and the vacuum does an excellent job. You also don't end up with a bin full of paper towel (and the inevitable white bits stuck all over your windows).

Brilliant for condensation, I remained healthy through winter and then got the glass replaced. Excellent on mirrors and windows. I would say be careful on the angle you clean, it prefers up and down not so much 45 dog or 90 dog cleaning like you would with a squeegee tool. Also clean between the rubber every few strokes because grit will scratch the glass. Had one since they first came out and it cuts cleaning time by more than half once you get the knack.

These work great and do a really good job - the only problem is they are unreliable - dogged with charging failures and other electrical faults - got mine replaced within 2 months of original purchase - now its knackered 10 months on - will not charge, only used it a handful of times. Recommended it to family -who also bought them and they have also had similar problems. Look on amazon and read the reviews - loads of problems. Can't beleive this from a manufacturer such as karcher

Complained to Karcher that my replacement WV2 had failed just after 12 months and only used it about 6 times, They were very apologetic and replaced it with the better WV5 by way of compensation - however this new one failed after 10 min of use - currently contacting Karcher again - Is it just me??
